How is this programme structured? The programme is led by Richard Flook, Trainer of NLP and Time Line Therapy™, who has extensive knowledge of training delivery including live recording of newly researched management techniques in motivation, personality profiling and sales. A team of Coaches will support Richard and will ensure that you understand the techniques, can apply them and make them work for you. It is highly practical, participative and time is spent on discussion, demonstration and group exercises. There is also ample time for practice sessions to perfect techniques, and to have fun! Before commencing a classroom based training, you will receive a pre study pack containing CD, DVD and reading materials. These will acquaint you with the key concepts covered in the programme and serve as a prompt and reinforcement to you in the future.
