The AcademyNLP Training Director is Richard Flook. He has extensive experience working with the directors and employees of Blue chip organisations and many small to medium sized enterprises, as a professional communication trainer, HR specialist, executive coach and counsellor.

He has an active ongoing interest in accelerated learning and its usage in business to assist managers and executives to create significant results either in sales, problem solving or management strategy. He has used his extensive expertise in people development, motivation and personalities to produce lasting long term change in organisations.

He has extensive experience in the real world of business, commerce and the public sector. This has given him a great broad spectrum of abilities to train NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis, in such a way that they are simple and easy to use for consultants, HR specialists and everyday people alike. He has spent the last 10 years studying human behaviour and communication focussing the research into dynamic, accelerated training programmes that consistently get results for his clients.
